Tararua's Proposed District Plan review ending soon
27 January 2025
- Can I subdivide my property?
- Can I build another storey on my house?
- Can I build an additional dwelling on my property?
- How does this affect me?
- What is rezoning?
- What is resource consent?
- How do I have a say?
The answer to these, and many other questions, can be found in the District Plan. Tararua District Council is reviewing their proposed District Plan and are conducting pre-consultation on this draft document now until 1 March 2025.
