Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, Tararua District Council as administrating body, gives notice of its intention to issue a Deed of Licence and invites tenders for the grazing of the following reserve land for a term of five (5) years.

• 9.51 Hectares more or less at Valley Road, Woodville

The above land is managed by the Victoria Domain Board.

A copy of the terms and conditions of the Deed of Licence is available on the Council website or at the Dannevirke Service Centre. Envelopes containing tenders should clearly be marked TENDER FOR VICTORIA DOMAIN LICENCE, and sent to Kate Payne, Facilities Property Officer, Tararua District Council, P O Box 115, Dannevirke 4942.

Tenders will be accepted up until 4pm Friday 31^st January 2025 and should be submitted on the Tender Application Form (a copy of this form is available on the Council website or at the Dannevirke Service Centre).  Acceptance of any tender is at the sole discretion of the Council. The highest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

If you would like to make a submission on or object to the proposal to grant a Deed of Licence, please send your written submission or objection to the Facilities Property Officer at the address shown in this notice. Submissions or objections will be received up until the date specified above. Please indicate in writing if you wish to present your comments in person to a hearing that will be arranged for this purpose.
