A Land Information Memorandum (LIM) is a report that provides information held by the Council about a specific property. The report is prepared by the council, at your request. As the year is winding down to a close, our processing dates for LIMs will be different due to the Christmas and New Year break.

The last day for LIM applications to be lodged is Friday the 8th of December if customers want to receive their LIM before Christmas.

Any LIM report requests received with payment from Monday the 11th of December 2023 onwards will be completed after the New Year break. It takes 10 working days to process a LIM report.
