Preparing for El Nino - Tools and support available

Forecasters have confirmed the arrival of the El Niño weather pattern in Aotearoa. It may become stronger later this year and last into 2024. Every El Niño is different, which means it’s hard to predict its impact on our climate and weather. It’s important to have a plan and be prepared.
