Roll the Dice Poetry
Come along to any of the Libraries Tararua branches on Phantom Billstickers National Poetry Day and give Roll the Dice Poetry a go!

Dice will be provided with various poetry prompts, roll the dice and write a poem using the prompt it lands on.

Book Spine Poetry
Come into any of our Libraries Tararua branches to make a Book Spine Poem on the 25th August for Billstickers National Poetry Day.

It is simple. Choose a selection of books from the library shelves and stack them, so the titles on the spine, create a poem. Anyone can have a go!

There will be a prize for the best junior and best adult poem, (judged by library staff. winners announced 1st Sept.). Runs all day.
