Tararua District Creative Communities Funding Scheme for arts-based projects is open for applications.

Round 1 of the 2026/2027 Creative Communities Fund is open for art related projects and events, including painting, carving, dance, kapa haka, video, raranga and music.

Creative Communities can assist you hold your event or project!

All standard Creative Communities Scheme guidelines and eligibility requirements apply to this fund.

Round 1 Applications for funding close on 30 September 2026 and are for community projects that will be held 20 October 2026 to 19 October 2027.
