Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, Tararua District Council as administrating body, gives notice of its intention to issue a Deed of Lease and invites tenders for the grazing of the following reserve land for a term of three (3) years, with a further renewal of three years.

• Approx. 3ha at Umutaoroa Domain

Day to day management of the above land is by Umutaoroa Domain Committee. Viewing of land by appointment.

A copy of the terms and conditions of the Deed of Lease is available below or at the Dannevirke Service Centre.

Tenders close at 4.00pm on Friday 21st August 2026 and should be submitted on the Tender Application Form, which is also available below.

Acceptance of any tender is at the sole discretion of the Council. The highest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
