Run in partnership by Manawatū District Council and the Manawatū Youth Council, the awards are open to all schools in our district, as well as sports clubs, multicultural groups, churches, Iwi, marae, youth organisations, performing arts groups, and recreational clubs.Each year, the awards have a theme and this year the theme is Kia Kaha, and overcoming adversity.  While the theme doesn't have to determine who you nominate, it could help in terms of inspiring some choices.

If you know of youth who deserve recognition for their achievements, you can nominate them from Tuesday, 6 June 2023 until 5:00pm on Wednesday, 12 July 2023.
