Animal Control

The objectives of Animal Control in our District are to:

• Minimise any danger, distress or nuisance to the community
• Prevent dogs from having uncontrolled access to public places. This enables the public to use streets and public amenities without fear of attack or intimidation by dogs
• Provide for the exercise and recreational needs of dogs and their owners
