We asked kids from the Manawatū to design what they wanted to see in the future in or district. We had a bunch of entries and some really clever and creative ideas.

The entries were judged by Joe McMenamin and we ended up having two winners from each category. The winners were Kora May, Penny, Freja, and Mika.

We had everything from space stations, to community orchids, and even a light-up bouncy castle netball court.
