Who Do I Call?

I’ve got no water supply to my house but my neighbours do.

Check if the toby is on. If it is and there is still no water please call the Manawatu District Council 06 323 0000.

I’ve noticed water pooling within my property, who should I call (including soak holes)?

This is most likely either a leak in your water lateral or a blockage in your stormwater system. Please call a plumber.

My neighbour’s stormwater runoff is causing a nuisance/damage.
