To register for our online dog registration service, please fill out the form below. You will need to know your Owner ID which can be found at the top of your Dog Registration Notice, or the letter we sent to you about the new online service.
By filling in this form we can link your online dog registration account with the current information we have on file for you. Once our service goes live we will send you a unique link that will take you to your account.
