Electric Vehicle Charging Fees

The fees and charges for the period 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2026 were adopted by Council on 25 June 2025. All fees and charges include GST, unless otherwise noted.

Council-owned charging stations have fees for the energy used and for the cost and operation of the charging stations.

Payment is administered and collected under contract to Council by ChargeNet NZ. Charges may change for increases in power costs and will be reviewed at least annually.
