About the role

Responsible for overseeing the Land Information Memorandum (LIMs) process, convert selected building records from hardcopy to digital, to produce property information that is online ready.  Undertake tasks in accordance with Council’s Earthquake Prone Building Project. Undertake tasks in accordance with Council policies, procedures and regulatory requirements and deliver records administration assistance in an efficient, friendly and coordinated manner and provide an excellent customer service. Responsible for coordinating road naming procedures in accordance with national standards.

Who we are looking for

  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent computer skills; including Microsoft products.
  • Organised & methodical approach to records & time keeping.
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload & meet deadlines.
