How To Use The Rates Property Search

You can search for property valuations, rates data and some consent information here on the Rates Property Search page.

  • Start typing your address in the relevant box above and select your property from the list that appears, then click the Search button.
  • Alternatively, enter a Valuation Reference or Property ID in the relevant box above and click the Search button.

Note: this information is made available from a public register in accordance with the Local Government (Rating) Act 2002.
