How To Book

To secure a meeting room, plan ahead by booking online (up to 3-months in advance) or if a meeting room is not booked (vacant), these are available on a first-come first-served basis on the day.

Pre-booking comes with a small fee, however vacant rooms available during public opening hours are free of charge!

Please be aware that your booking is not in place until you have received written confirmation. Any bookings that take place during our non-staffed hours require the user to complete a fire warden orientation with an MCHL staff member before the booking takes place.

To get started, you will need to select which type of user you/your group is before you choose your room:

  • Casual/Commercial Meeting Room
  • Community/Non-Profit Meeting Room
  • Casual/Commercial Event Space
  • Community/Non-profit Event Space
