Coding Club (8+)
Children can enjoy Coding on Friday afternoons at Te Āhuru Mōwai from 3:30pm to 4:30pm throughout the school term.
Coding Club allows children to learn coding and technology skills, develop problem-solving skills, and build confidence.
We will be coding with:
Codey Rocky – a fun, expressive robot that can talk, light up, and respond to sensors. Great for learning how code can interact with the real world.
KaiBot – perfect for beginners, KaiBot helps you learn sequencing and logic with screen-free options and interactive games.
Sphero – a fast-rolling, glowing robot ball you can control with code to race, draw shapes, and complete tricky challenges.
