From beginners learning the ropes to confident creators working independently, we’re here to support your journey and bring your ideas to life.

How to book your Makerspace appointment:

  1. Click the ‘Book Now’ button
    This will take you to our online booking portal (shared with our meeting rooms).
  2. Log in to your account.
  3. Select Your User Type
    Choose from the dropdown:
    • (05) Beginner User
    • (06) Intermediate User
    • (07) Confident User
  4. Choose Your Booking
    • Select your preferred date
    • Pick the equipment you wish to use
  5. Booking Confirmation
    • Beginner: Your request will be reviewed by our team. You’ll receive confirmation within 2 working days.
    • Intermediate / Confident: If you are an intermediate or confident user, your booking will instantly be confirmed as we anticipate you will be able to use the equipment you have requested mostly on your own.
  6. Need to Cancel?
    • Please call us on 06 323 5373 and an MCHL team member will assist.
