Resolution:
• Agrees that Council will carry out a temporary placemaking weather protection trial in June/July 2027, by erecting a large marquee in the brick quadrant of Manchester Square and working with Feilding & District Promotion to run 2 significant events in the marquee and 4 Farmers Market events along with making the marquee available for casual use with seating and tables in order that people can informally meet friends and family, eat lunch, dinner and generally hang out.
