Resolution:
• Agrees that Council does not proceed with the proposed cover over the brick quadrant in Manchester Square at this time. Council can revisit whether to open up the concept design for weather protection in the brick quadrant to all and consider a concept design competition. Council can also decide not to pursue weather protection in Manchester Square at all.
