Resolution:
1. Approve the requested financial carry forwards of $18,417,570 for capital budgets into the 2026-27 financial year to be funded from a mix of development contributions, renewal reserve and loan funding.
2. Note the capital and operational budget carry forwards approved by the Chief Executive of $9.7M capital expenditure and $1.6M of operational expenditure under section 10.4 of the Delegations Manual.
