Subject: Subordinate Decision-Making Bodies and Elected Member Appointments

Resolution:

1. That the Council confirms the establishment of the below subordinate decision-making bodies, including the listed memberships:

Body	Elected Members
Submissions Assessment Panel	Cr’s Bridget Bell, Alison Short, Shelley Dew-Hopkins, Rob Duindam, Grant Hadfield, and the Mayor
Waste Levy Assessment Panel	Cr Grant Hadfield

2. That the attached terms of reference document for the Submissions Assessment Panel be adopted by the Council without amendment.

3. That the Council appoints the below elected member representatives to other groups as listed:

CEDA Electoral College	Cr’s Grant Hadfield, Shelley Dew-Hopkins, and the Mayor. A proxy may be temporarily appointed at the discretion of the Mayor if necessary
