Subject: Setting of Date for the First Meeting of Council, and Remainder of 2025
Resolution:
1. That the Council confirms that the first regular meeting of Council will be held on Wednesday 12 November 2025 at 8.30 am.
3.
That the Council notes that a report to adopt the meeting schedule for
2026 will be presented to the 19th of November Council meeting.
2. That the Council notes that the remaining Council meetings for the year are scheduled as follows (all at 8.30 am):
- 19 November 2025
- 03 December 2025
- 17 December 2025
