I refer to your official information request dated 10 January 2023.
A subdivision consent for 28 Aranui Road was approved by the Manawatū District Council on the 16th of March 2022.
The description for this consent is:
“To undertake a 4-lot rural subdivision which does not meet the subdivision entitlement rule and separation factor for potential houses, suitable building site and Land use consent for the separation distances between vehicle crossings at 28 Aranui Road, Kairanga, legally described as Lot 2 DP 85974.”

- The Council Officer’s report and decision (which includes the consent’s conditions);
- The
subdivision application. This includes the report from a Landscape Architect
which is referenced in the consent conditions.

subscription service/register for those who would like to be notified of
licence applications within your territory?
No
With the COVID-19 order extending reporting agency deadlines, have licence applications been progressing within your territory as per usual, progressing with delays, or stopped as reporting agencies haven’t been able to make enquiries?
All special licences and new licence application were processed in a timely manner. All renewal applications were on hold until the Epidemic Preparedness Notice ended on 20 October 2022 and Ministry of Health had until 2 December 2022 to report on these.
How
many current off-licences do you have within your territory? 14
