Have the disability parks been monitored for compliance
As part of the parking enforcement, Council actively monitors public disability parks.
How many fines have been issued for illegal parking in disability park and the amount collected in fines each week/month
No infringements have been issued to date.
What is the process for the public reporting non-compliant vehicles in disability parks and what action would be taken.
Complaints regarding non-compliant vehicles parked in disability parks can be reported to Council. Once received, a service request is logged and forwarded to the Compliance team. A Compliance Officer will attend the location to investigate the matter and, where appropriate, issue an infringement notice.
