Consultation on Proposed Fees and Charges

Manawatū District Council is seeking public feedback on proposed changes to fees and charges for a number of Council services for the 2026/27 financial year, including:
• Planning Fees and Charges
• Environmental Health Fees and Charges
• Development Contributions

Consultation will run from 6 March 2026 to 6 April 2026.

Supporting information is available from:
• At Manawatū District Council offices, 135 Manchester Street, Feilding
• At Te Āhuru Mōwai (Community Hub), 64 Stafford Street, Feilding

Submissions can be made by:
• Completing the online submission form
• Emailing submissions@mdc.govt.nz (please include the relevant consultation topic in the subject line)
• Delivering a written submission to Manawatū District Council, 135 Manchester Street, Feilding

Submissions must be received no later than 5.00pm on Sunday 6 April 2026.
All submissions will be considered by Council before any final decisions are made.
