I refer to your request for information from Council dated 17 September 2024 in relation to CCR Stormwater discharge issues between 39 and 37 Haggitt Street Feilding. 
Councils Building Services Manager provides the following information in this link insert link:
· All internal and external MDC emails sent and received by all employees.
· All minutes of any meetings, records of conversations, notes, and any other pertinent written material held by MDC.
· All written communication, emails, and all notes of any meetings/conversations MDC employees have had with John McLeod and/or his wife.
