| Response: | We are transferring part of your request to Horowhenua District Council as the information regarding Foxton Beach, is not held by us but is held by Horowhenua District Council. In these circumstances, we are required by section 12 of the Local Government Official Information and Meetings Act to transfer your request. You will hear further from Horowhenua District Council concerning your request. Himatangi Beach has a full Council water reticulation supply. The total water sold to domestic water carriers from August 2023 to December 2023 is unavailable due to the bulk water system not recording. This system was fully functioning again as of 1 January 2024 and 84.34m3 was sold. |
