Manawatu District Council has granted one Land Use consent for the yellow highlighted parcel contained within the area outlined in red. Although it was not originally issued to ZMR. This consent is attached - LC3747 – Granted to Byfords Construction Co Ltd on 19 August 1999 for the extraction and processing of gravel from river berm.
