| Response: | I refer to your Local Government Official Information Request dated 04 February 2025, in which you requested all information related to the dogs at Ridge Road, Pohangina, as well as any communications regarding your complaints. It has taken some time to process the documents, giving careful consideration to the Local Government and Meetings Act 1987 and the Privacy Act 2020. As a result, some documents have been withheld while some have been provided with details redacted, under section 7(2)(a) to protect the privacy of natural persons, including that of deceased natural persons.
